The 2016 bond package included $6.7 million for concrete repairs. Additionally, the District received funds from a Tax Increment Financing (TIF) payout resulting from the 1996 TIF agreement with the City of Grapevine to bring Grapevine Mills Mall to the area. The TIF funded the renovations to the home side of the stadium.
